💬 Overview

We want every Nak Muay Knockout player to enjoy the experience of owning this game. If your order arrives damaged, incomplete, or not as described, we will make it right.

Returns & Refunds Eligibility

You may request a return or refund if your product meets one of the following conditions:

• •The item arrived damaged, misprinted, or defective.
• •The package was incorrect (wrong product or missing items).
• •The item was lost during shipping and did not arrive.

To be eligible for a replacement or refund:

• •You must contact us within 7 days of delivery.
• •The item must be in its original packaging (if possible).
• •Proof of purchase and photos of the issue must be provided.

Non-Returnable Items

Because of the collectible and sealed nature of the card game:

• •We cannot accept returns for opened or used decks unless damaged during shipping.
• •Refunds are not available for change of mind or minor cosmetic differences in packaging.

🚚 Shipping Costs

• •If a return is required, we will provide the return shipping address and cover the cost for defective or incorrect products.
• •Customers are responsible for return shipping on any voluntary returns not caused by defect or damage.

⚖️ Late or Missing Refunds

If your refund has not appeared after 10 business days:

• 1.Check your bank or card account again.
• 2.Then contact your payment provider (Stripe or credit card company).
